Looking back, I am always amazed how much mental training has helped me and changed my perspective. After 4 years of working with Julia, I am happy about the skills I have gained: especially analyzing the things that already work with the help of my goal poster and the diary of solutions helps me to perform.

Thanks to Julia I have learned to emphasize the positive and to document successes. In difficult situations - for example under pressure at a regatta - I can come back to it and remember successful races in the past. This is very motivating and gives me self-confidence. I notice the biggest difference in dealing with other people: you perceive the good qualities much more, have more fun and generally enjoy life more. Many thanks Julia!
